Well, folks I'm headin' out of town - this doesn't occur very often for a poor chick like me. I'm heading to the Shaklee convention in Nashville. Yes, my old stompin' ground. I won my trip for doing well in my business.
Plus.... a few months ago Shaklee was hosting their very own "idol" competition. I had to send in a video tape of myself performing my "talent". It was pretty cheesey - I hung a sheet for a backdrop in the kitchen and recorded one of my songs (accoustics are better in the kitchen). Guess who got chosen? ME!!! I'm one of several who get to perform at the convention at the Sommet Center on the last big night on the same stage as LeeAnn Rimes. There is supposedly about 15,000 people attending from all over.
Be thinking about me Saturday night at about 7:30 p.m. Eastern time. I'm heading out of town early tomorrow afternoon.
