Cloned Meat? I give up!

I knew I hated watching the news for some reason - this reason would be because it gets me so worked up. My MAIN reason for hating to watch the news would be the fact that it's just glorified gossip! Who killed who and where did it happen. Tonight's BIG STORY. If no one is murdered locally they will travel far distances to find a death of some kind.

News to me is - what is our government doing? On what are they voting? A new pay increase!?

Okay, I'm sliding slightly off topic. Last night I saw a report on cloned meat - google it.

"The FDA isn't requiring labeling or any other additional measures for food from cattle, swine or goat clones, or their offspring, because food derived from these sources doesn't present a safety problem..."

Whatever!

Everything that occurs is controlled by the almighty dollar. Everything we eat, drink, etc. When money is the driving force, integrity goes out the window. Example, politicians earning a paycheck.
I guess I need to buy a deep freeze and go kill a cow myself.

They're cloning animals for meat production? I would think cloning would be much more expensive than good old fashioned breeding. Weird weird world.

I agree about the disturbing nature of cloned meat. For the love of PETE, just eat the animals God put on this earth!!!! I'm not eating any stinking cloned meat, I"ll become a veggitarian before I do that. I hate cloning I hate the word "clone" and I am going to have to take over the world and stop this

Cloned meat is SCARY...but there is a voluntary FDA ban on it to date. It's not far off in our future.
