Homeschooling Dad

I just wanted to share with you all - one of the Dads from our local homeschool group (namely Jon) called into Bill Bennett's radio show in response to another father's call. The earlier call was of a father who had two children (a 2 year old and a 1 year old) who was trying to talk his wife into homeschooling their children. Jon heard this guy call in and called the show on his way to work. Here's the link to his response to this guy's inquiry. He had several good thoughts for someone who was interested in homeschooling or new to homeschooling.

Later Taters!
Times you wish would last forever.

I hope you're planning to print that picture and frame it. That's a keeper!

Doozer - You got nothin'? Absolutely nothin'?

Emmers - Yes is would! Actually, I probably could if I wouldn't be too embarrassed.

Foo - Probably not. Nowhere to put it if I did. We'll just have to put it in the archives somewhere.

So true, this pic speaks to my heart....those precious moments you want to memorize. Gosh I miss being able to hold my son! I guess I could ask to sit on his lap now :)
