Sleepy Ride
Okay, I've been trying to post this video for a week and I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong and I don't think my brain wants to fool with it any more. I did this Google Video thing like Fred suggested but as you can see, I'm not very talented.
I need reinforcements. Send help quickly. I'm going to bed and hope that when I check back in the daylight hours someone might leave me a good tip.

Google's new upload tool did the same thing to me. I wonder if they know it's got a few bugs.
Yahoo works fine. I didn't like Yahoo's, because the control functions were almost 1/4 of the entire video box. But, it does work, so maybe you might want to try that. YouTube is an alternative, too, but I've never used that service.
Or, you can use Google's old method and download their old updater (takes all of 30 seconds) and do it that way.

Yep. It didn't work - as you can see. I've lost interest for now. What that means is, I haven't decided to drop everything else around me to figure out how to fix it.
